If you take a moment to reflect and decide whether that thought or idea will help you go forward or learn something new, act on that idea immediately. If not, change your thinking. | | |  Things have been hopping for us in Kennewick , WA ! We had thirteen attendees at our LIFE training on Saturday, May 19. All had excellent questions and many already had excellent testimonials to what they'd been able to accomplish. Great job guys and gals! And some are already chomping at the bit to make their first sale. It's not hard to show people how to add LIFE as an insurance policy for their family unit or to therapists that it is a sure fire money-maker as as extra modality in their practice.
On May 22, Tuesday and May 23, Wednesday, my staff, a fellow therapist, Carin Harbert, and a future LIFE purchaser Sandy Peterson, who wanted to learn what to say at an Expo, and myself participated in a Health & Safety Expo put on by Handford. It is an annual event that brings thousands to Tri-Cities. Last year, 47,000 attended and this year we beat two records, the most attendees in one day and the most attendees in a two day Expo. There were over 60.000 who attended! Each day we had to be ready for our first customer at 7 a.m. and were not allowed to leave even one minute before 7 p.m. Talk about feeling like a broken record by the end of the day! The largest number of health analysis I have ever done in one day is 5 as they take a lot of focus, honing in on client priorities, and making the "sale" of the package of eight therapies. Guess how many health analysis I am scheduled for on Handford's day off this Friday, June 1? Sixteen starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 7:30 p.m. without even one five minute break. This is going to be feat when it's all said and done. I ended up scheduling 56 total health analysis plus numerous SCENAR therapies, which is my ticket to getting people interested in the LIFE system. Fifty-six! I have an 85-90% close rate with those who schedule the full eight, so I just hired a fourth therapist to run therapies for me today. And people wonder why they can't ever reach me during the day. Ha! :-)
Well, keep up the LIFE enthusiasm and keep giving off those positive frequencies and you'll find them coming back in full force. | | | Here at the Chrysalis Connexion, we are wowed everyday by the human body and what it is actually capable of creating. Did you know that there are approximately 6 gigabytes of memory in every cell of your body? Did you know that you have approximately 125+ trillion cells in your body? That is a huge “hard drive”. This hard drive records everything that has ever happened in your life from conception! Not only does it record your history, but your DNA has recorded the entire history of your ancestral line! Now that is truly amazing.
Since we at CCI believe that all disease is created by the emotion/spiritual state of the human mind, it makes sense to clear the negative energies from the body. How do we do this? Easier than you think, in your hands you have a very powerful tool to facilitate the healing of your clients. Let's take a moment to look at the anatomy of disease. Trauma/physical, emotional, spiritual? energy disruption? physical manifestation You as the practitioner can not, nor should you try to remove the memory, that is not you purpose or the purpose of the LIFE system. However, you can and should try to find the energy disruptions in the body, thereby breaking the pattern of disease. Remove the energy disruption, inhibits the physical manifestation!
You have at your command a very powerful system! Use the Emotional screen to clear the energy fields. Use the NEP to balance the emotional system. Finally use the Dimensional to ascertain the most powerful negative energy present in the energy system of your client's body. When you mention the conflict the presents you will find that your client most often will physically respond in the center of the chest, the seat of the emotions. Balance the negative conflict energy, then remove it from the other levels of the energy field. In essence we feel that we are helping to heal present, past and future generations!
Does one time bring about change? The answer is emphatically, yes! Because of the nature of Quantum physics, we know that every time we introduce energy into our client's energy field, we are altering them at many levels.
The power of the LIFE system and the intent of the practitioner to heal is a powerful combination! You have the power to free your client's to heal if they so choose. Know in your heart that you have created the possibility of healing, then stand back and watch what God's creation; the body can and will do.

Last month I had the opportunity to find out just how powerful the LIFE System is for repairing the unknown causes of a severe urethra problem with my cat Tigger. I had been noticing for a week that he hadn ' t been peeing very easily and seemed to be straining, I knew by experience to call Colleen Martin; RM in the Atlanta area, she suggested running several programs on Tigger including “ urethritis ” , “ gravel in urine ” , “ kidney stones ” , and a couple of others in the Pet/Animal Panel. I had 1 st taken him to the vet to be sure it wasn ' t life threatening, they gave him an anti-inflammatory shot which later proved to be hind-sight unnecessary … After the 2 nd day of running these LIFE programs to as near 100% rectification as possible, he started going easier and without straining as before! Thank God for our LIFE Systems. One other short testimonial on my LIFE partner from K.C. John Crooks, his mother has an older dog who was very lethargic and generally weak, the dog couldn ' t eat, drink or move; $400 later from the vet, they couldn ' t tell what the problem was until spending at least another $700, John put the old dog on the LIFE Pet/Baby Pad, found parasites at over 70%, emotional stress from separation from past owner and a nutrition deficiency. One half hour later on LIFE, the dog is happy, eating well and is most important alive, where he would ' ve been put to sleep under the existing conditions.
One a more fascinating note; I recently heard a Messianic teacher, Brad Scott for Wild Branch Ministries. (www.wildbranch.org) He spoke in part on “ Area 51 ” which is the really unknown part of our own DNA ladder that has indeed the original Hebrew language written our it ' s twisted stands. Could His hidden codes be indeed the same His Holy Name YH . Could this be a key that Mike & Chris need to know about to further our knowledge of “ just how does the LIFE System work ? ” and indeed, just how does our own very complex auto-immunity system which is so often compromised to control a symptom, work? There have been many books written on this “ theory ” including “ Cosmic Codes ” “ Pirates of the Sacred Spiral ” & “ God Code ” . Well worth reading into top further our innate Wisdom!
Einstein once said: “ My comprehension of God comes from the deeply felt conviction of a superior intelligence that reveals itself in the knowable world. ” Other brilliant minds have also echoed the concept of “ intelligent design ” . With the discovery of the “ God code ” , we now know that God has left a calling card within our very DNA. When decoded, this message reads “ God/Eternal, within the body ” . This certainly introduces a new spin on the ancient spiritual truths of “ look within ” and “ know thyself ” !

I wish to relate a remarkable story employing a new biofeedback device called Quantum Life in the last year which has surprised and delighted me and has given me hope for even greater personal growth than I could ever have imagined.
This new technology has the ability to rebalance one's physiological systems in such a way that it can help reduce stress and, in my personal experience, reverse adrenal fatigue. My personal story is as follows:
Recently my life has evolved in such a way that I have moved out of practicing medicine and into a more holistic program. I have become a student of Naturopathy as I feel it will help to enhance my already growing interest and background in natural and energetic modalities.
Now to be honest my initial feelings about returning to a rigorous educational program at the age of 50 may have some people concerned but with the Quantum Life system I have experienced a number of remarkable things: my energy and over all health have improved, the amount of sleep I need has decreased from 8 hours down to 6 hours at night, my appetite and weight have normalized, I have greater clarity and improved concentration, my memory has improved, and my overall resilience has improved. Finally, my overall performance is such that I feel like
I'm functioning better than I did when I was in my twenties. This has made it possible for me to enjoy and get the most out of my new endeavor.
This biofeedback system operates on the principle that illness of any kind results when one or more physiological systems stop communicating with each other in a coherent and coordinated fashion. This is much like what happens in a relationship with the same difficulties. The outcome of such miscommunication is a faulty relationship system that ultimately breaks down.
Quantum Life has the capacity to detect such miscommunication at the physiological level and help "re-connect" disparate and isolated organ systems so that the entire "human system" can re-establish normal coherent function.
The concept of "stress" is effectively a state that results when communication breakdown occurs at the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels within an organism.
Quantum Life can re-establish coherence in stressed "systems" and “individuals” rapidly and effectively thereby enhancing wellness, resilience and overall performance.

It was a wonderful 3 day meeting that combined Basic Training and Continued Practicum Training.  We would like to share with you a 'write up' that Randy McCreary wrote last year for a local newspaper, called 'Surviving Christmas' as this truly expresses the meaning of Christmas very beautifully. We sometimes forget to remember what is most important about life because we are so involved in it. This write up helps us to remember what is important, especially at Christmas time. A tip from Randy for next Christmas: For every item of clothing you receive, wrap three items of clothing and donate to a charity.

SURVIVING CHRISTMAS
This time of year is indeed paradoxical. There is no celebration that manifests a duality quite like Christmas. Immediately, we conjure up images that delight the temporal senses. Feasts presented in orgasmic proportions, dazzling lights, extravagant gifts, and a variety of parties to attend with family and friends. Yet for many, such images soon fade in the harsh reality of their circumstance. Dark storm clouds appear on their celebratory horizon, casting a dim shadow across the holiday landscape. Such darkness has nothing to do with economic struggles, for some of the most rewarding gifts ever given and received are those purchased with the currency of the heart. The problems arise when the season of universal peace and love persistently present scenarios that openly conflict with such a beautiful and pure purpose.
No holiday has the potential to frustrate like Christmas. The all too brief moment or two that we actually are able to spend enjoying the feeling of love that should prevail seem fleeting when contrasted with the ’12 days of turmoil’ that envelope the time of celebration. We spend, stress out, eat, argue, expect, drink, and in general complain too much. Merry Christmas indeed. The essence and Spirit of Christmas has become diluted in a disgusting panacea of excess attitudes and behaviors of every kind, with the seven deadly sins (vanity, sloth, wrath, envy, pride, lust and gluttony) on display and often encouraged at every turn. No wonder there is such conflict when the spiritual component of the holiday becomes crushed under the excesses of the physical and superficial.
May I make the following suggestions to help enjoy these holidays more than any other before. Plant these seeds daily and reap an eternal reward. Practice moderation and self control in all temporal regards. Indulge in the Spirit. Forgive others freely and let all wounds be healed. Serve others with no thought of reward. Ask for nothing. Give of your time and heart, especially to those who mean the most but whom we often overlook in the urgency of our lives. Listen more than you speak. Smile with your eyes, bless with your hands, praise with your lips and serve with your heart.
There is great cause for celebration in the midst of the commercial bonanza that surrounds us. An open heart that receives the true gift of love has the power to transform the lives of the giver, the receiver and all who come in contact with both.
As everything that sparkles eventually fades, as the emotions of moments pass into memories, understand that it is not riches or rewards that measure a man, but the quality of his relationships. May you strive, this holiday season, to personally come to know He whom we ought to have at the heart of our celebration. Without being cliché, such a focus will allow your holiday season to be a pattern for living the rest of your life in joy, peace and love.
May God bless you richly as you seek His finest gifts for you and those whom you love.

Hello Karen & Ryan,
It has taken a toll being away for a week, so I am just now getting a few to drop you guys a BIG thanks for all your work and the extra miles you both went to make this event a huge success for everyone that was fortunate enough to attend!
After a stressful November 30th here in Kansas watching the snow and ice whirl around the 4 state area, it started to look like we’d be unable to fly out, thanks to God for guiding me safely to Tulsa Friday night, I was able to get 4 hours rest after being blockaded on the 412 Hwy just outside of town due to thick Ice on the road and semis parked in both lanes! After taking the SUV/ 4x4 P/U path through the ditch I was finally relieved I would indeed be able to make the airport early A.M.
Then the next "test" of endurance! Lol our plane escaped the icy runways of Tulsa to land in Denver only 5 minutes before our supposedly scheduled flight 1669 was to depart to Puerto Vallarta. Well so we thought…turned out UniTED Airlines didn’t have that connecting flight that day ;O~ Yes people that are under stress tend to make mistakes more often then not!
After some fast talking to the airline hostess, we were able to connect to a Frontier flight that got us out of Denver after a 4+ hour delay! It was a real wonder to land in PV, MX. Just in time to see the Saturday sunset. After a testing language barrier to escape the PV airport and find our “ride” to the Vallarta Palace we finally breathed a sigh of relief!
"The Best of the BEST! WOW!! Water, sand, Bioresonance charged people, plentiful delicious food and info not to be missed lay ahead for the next 3 days! We were living life large and loving our “Casa Bonita” The way the Vallarta Palace staff and all the Quantum Life people treated us all as the special guests we were really made all the effort getting there worthwhile ? Some of the highlights I thought really stood out were Dr.Thornton Streeter’s seminar on Aura & PIP Field Imaging, Paul Henderson’s speech on Acupuncture Point therapy and Gayla Erickson’s talk on going from 0 to HERO! That I believe is indeed what God saved me for. To make heroes out of the ones who come to us with open minds and belief systems. This amazing bio-feedback health care for the 21st Century is where I see this new “paradigm shift” in health care leading us to. It is no longer a question of should we keep going back to the same doctors and getting the same old results, it is a question of how many can we share this awesome technology with that will bring "the doctor" back into our homes like the days long gone! This is what LIFE should be about, plenty of energy to GO and no more aches and pains!!
We can’t wait to see what 2007 will bring us on our road to success. We will take the ones that God will send us. As Dr.Lamar always says; “a man persuaded against his set opinion’s is of the same opinion still” and “The Lord will and to our church daily such as should be saved” The day will come when we can teach Bio-Energetics near and far and we will be on the leading edge of this new paradigm, I’m SO glad we chose Quantum LIFE to partner with as the “wave of the future” rides high!”
Some suggestions to make a great experience even better, although not an insult what so ever, the audio system (PA) and the resonance of the large room made hearing all the speakers clear rather difficult. I think my own deafness & tinnitus made it that much harder. I hope as soon as you get the audio’s released I will be able to replay all I missed and keep the awesome knowledge coming through to my now united brain halves ? The little things that make all the difference are working with people like yourselves that made us feel so welcome and whole!
I only had two mishaps the whole trip, Room Service broke one of my glass supplement bottles and didn’t leave a note, leaving me to pick up the bottle with ¼ of the bottom missing, dropping Spanish Black Radish on the tile floor. And the 2nd “bummer” was accidentally leaving my 8” x ¼” Thick round marble “Energy Plate” on the table Tuesday night at the cocktail/ dinner event, by the pool, I didn’t even tip a drink! Lol Hopefully someone will return it, as these cost us $100 each, the amazing uses for these Quantum Charged plates will amaze some curious onlookers with the muscle test.
Our LIFE Systems Bio-Feedback sessions will be $200 for a 2 – 2 ½ hour session. We will give a $50 discount for referrals and a $30 discount for returning clients. Follow up treatments will be $50 and $35 ea. If purchased 10 at a time in advance. We will also do EB-Pro and B.E.S.T. Ionic foot bath de-toxes, as well as Bio-Photonic pain and therapy treatments. I will schedule work out of our new business partners Quick Gym (www.quickgymofwichita.com) as soon as time and finances permit, we will open Wellness Center Ministries of Wichita and feature the advanced GENESIS I & II units and work on multitudes as they gather for stress & pain relief!

It was so nice meeting you at the LIFE Symposium and I was more than satisfied with the four days we had together. You have done an extraordinary job composing the program, finding such a beautiful hotel and managing to get everything and everyone together - many thanks to both of you. I have also sent a mail to Tamara because she did a fantastic job and she is part of the success.
I am so thankful that you let Rolf participate in part of the symposium because there is definitely a change in his attitude, not only about the LIFE system but also about life itself if you see what I mean.
I hope it will possible for me to go to next year´s symposium and it would be lovely to meet both of you again.

The International L.I.F.E. Symposium was an exceptional event. The immaculate accommodations, gourmet food and service were fantastic. It was extremely enjoyable to attend the numerous seminars. We felt the seminars helped both of us further our understanding of the L.I.F.E. System and its use, witness first hand the quality of the presenters and the knowledge that they were able to communicate. Both of us had a tremendous time in doing our presentations and we are both thankful for the kind review comments.
Chris Keiser was wonderful with his presentation. Also having the new HEB program explained in such detail made us realize we were missing out on a great opportunity for service to our clients.
Those wonderful warm days and warm water were incredibly soothing to our body, mind and spirit. The other attendees were so open and friendly. It was our best vacation/learning experience ever. We look forward to another great symposium in 2007.

To The Quantum Family,
Many of you were able to attend this year's International Symposium. If you did, I'm sure you are as happy you did as I am. What a thrill to witness Thorton Streeter, a UNESCO medical device tester/researcher, stand up to praise Chris Keser for having developed the LIFE device. He stated that he had paid his way there so he could tell us all what a fantastic piece of equipment we were using. With other medical devices, he noticed improvements short-term, but with the LIFE device, he was excited to see the therapy hold. Out of 190 devices, he considers LIFE to be one of his top five favorites. I was also pleased to find another device I use and sell in my practice, SCENAR, the Russian hand held pain reducer, is also in his top five.
Dr. Sherry Greenberg gave an interesting demonstration of the latest in EMF protection and EMF measuring devices. We were astounded at how high the EMFs were in the training room and how quickly they were able to be reduced.
Dr. Paul Henderson showed his expertise at teaching by having us all able to say the names of many of the Chinese acupuncture points by the end of his presentation. We now know how to help someone with headache pain, or relax someone who's stressed out.
Dr. Randy Mc Creary's presentation on how to help someone who's been physically or sexually abused was absolutely phenomenal! He demonstrated how closely we are tied to our spouse through the use of ropes. And how we may have cut the abusive spouse out of the relationship, but we are still carrying the tell-tale ropes. It was enlightening to learn that we can balance the client, but until we cut the ropes off, through the use of energy and acupuncture work, they may not be whole.
It was an honor to be asked to teach among these and other well- known and respected trainers. I have enjoyed a large influx of clients and sales over the last two years, so Ryan & Karen asked me to share tips on marketing strategies. In order to explain the latest training resource recently developed exclusively for our Quantum Life customers (yes you!) we feel we should share a part of our mission statement which has been with us for over 5 years. Answer: Chris Simon, Living Information's Number One teacher suggested to me, when I first started, to go to the "Susceptibility Index" and use the six programs which are shown on the "Susceptibility Index" panel. She said these six programs are very powerful. I suggest you try these programs and then review the other panels on the Program Index to become familiar with navigating through the menus. If the specific panel has a Test Potential button, the program picks the top 3 items for you. Red is highest, yellow is second, blue is third and green is lowest indicator. Who can afford a L.I.F.E. SYSTEM at around $12,000.00?
Overall cost of an MRI machine is nearly $1 million.The machine uses a combination of radio waves and a strong magnetic field to create the computer-generated images of internal areas of the body.
First of all I am not comparing the two modalities at all.I am just commenting on cost factors.$12k sounds like a whole bunch of money until you compare it to $1M. Or how about $7,000 for a stress test EKG machine, $24,000 for a Hematology Blood Analyzer, $52,000 for a portable ultrasound machine, $6,000 for a defibrillator, $15,000 for a patient monitor, and on - and on?
The average physician can invest over $300,000 in basic equipment and not even bat an eyelash.The real question is what is it that separates the L.I.F.E. SYSTEM from the basic monitoring equipment we see in the doctor's office.
In case you thought I was going to quiz you - you're wrong - I'll tell you the answer if you don't already know it.
The L.I.F.E. SYSTEM actually corrects the maladies after it detects them!
All of the (or perhaps I should say, most of the) basic hospital equipment monitors or takes a snap shop of the body's state of health at a moment in time.Then, chemicals are usually introduced into the body in order to correct the problem.If the allopathic therapy doesn't work, then intrusive surgery is next.
So these expensive machines do nothing more than detect the health problem and then another set of expensive machines along with chemicals (drugs) are used to (hopefully) correct the malady.
Bioresonance, of course, is quite different!
In the case of the L.I.F.E. SYSTEM, it is very common to discover a potential health problem long before one of the "more expensive" monitoring devices.And more importantly, the L.I.F.E. My husband Bobby and I started with the Quantum Life System last September. We originally purchased our system for ourselves and our 6 cats. Last month we discussed the concept of an editorial in your local newspaper, how important it was to ensure the editorial was a personal experience of the actual journalist. Communication and Web Presence
First do you have a website? If not then why not? There is a common misconception out there that your clients don't use email or the web. In our opinion a Web Presence is extremely important. Most of your clientele is through word of mouth. To refer prospective clients to your website is always an advantage. To make an appointment online is even better. Healing is about developing a relationship between you and your client. A website is an expression of who you are. Express yourself via the Web. Let your prospects see who you are! You can change these as often as you like~even to suit your moods!
Communication with your clients?
Again to maintain constant contact with your clientele is a must. We all know that the difficulty is to ensure you have a returning clientele basis. Did you know if costs 3 times as much to gain a new client as it does to keep an existing client? Let's work smarter not harder!
So once your client has been for their first evaluation you should consider the following actions:
1. Drop them an email enquiring how they are feeling and to call you should they have any other questions?
2. Perhaps creating a survey asking questions regarding their health and lifestyle. This is another way to maintain contact with your client. Once they complete this survey it provides you with more information on their health. Then it would be a good time to give them a call and discuss the results and your recommendations. Always a great time to suggest a follow up balancing session.
3. Another key component to repeat business is to have them schedule a follow up appointment while they are still in your presence.
4 .Perhaps you offered to do some research on a certain topic discussed. Give them a call and let them know you have just dropped them an email with the requested information.
5. Did you recommend any supplements to them? Have they started taking them yet?
Now the key to all of the above is to support them in their process and not "badger" them. Be aware that especially with those who are foreign to taking responsibility for their health may feel guilty or angry when you call them so be gentle. Remember this is a path and you are their guide.

This is a great way to get leads and maybe even make some sales.
What is an EXPO? How do you plan it? What do you need? What do you do - once you are there?
WHAT IS AN EXPO?
This seems, on the surface, to be a silly question until one actually investigates the term. Expo is defined as a collection of things (goods or works of art etc.) for public display. It is derived from the larger word exposition.
The reason I wanted to point out the definition is because it really shows that an expo can come in many sizes. To me, the most important part of the definition is: "…a collection of things… for public display."
Public display is the point I am trying to make here! Too often everyone makes the concept into a project that is too BIG to do. I want you to understand that it can be B I G or small and yield the same basic results.

- Interest
- Contacts
- Leads
- Information
- Gratification
- Remuneration
HOW DO YOU PLAN IT?
Start BIG or small - your choice! Just make sure that you can follow through. The internet is your best friend! Check your favorite search engines for: - Health Expos
- Alternative Health Expos
- Natural Health Expos
- Bio- resonance Expos
- New Age Expos
Etc., etc., & etc. I am sure you have caught my drift. If you want to start smaller, then find out what health fairs may be happening in your local area. Again, the internet is your friend and of course your local newspapers and chamber of commerce. Research is the key.
Once you have located your desired venue, it's time to take the leap! Yes, you may have to "fork" over some of your own $$ in order to garner the best space or table, but don't be stingy - and don't pay too much or too little. Wait a minute - this is starting to get complicated.
The first time you try to do this, it is always preferred to co-op with someone who has experience. But don't be afraid to go alone if you have to.
Get the date, get the space, and get yourself in gear. There's a lot more to the planning phase - but I've got to cover two more topics before I run out space.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- You need a table - most venues will supply a table and chairs - but plan to stand! Why do I say, "plan to stand!" Because you will not be sitting behind your table looking out at the venue world. You will be out in front of your display walking in the "traffic lanes qualifying your leads (more on qualifying later).
- You need a banner - we have specific details that are to be displayed on your banner (3' X 8" vinyl with our logo#1, headline#2, and url#3 email me for details: ).
 - You need "eye catchers" - eye catchers are things that catch people's attention. The best way to understand this concept is to go to an expo and see how the successful presenters get your attention.
- You need to have a demo ready - a demo should be quick and concise leaving the person wanting to know more. Don't spend more than 15 minutes on any one person. Get their information before the demo. (Name, Address, Phone number, email address, etc. )
- You need a helper - a helper is someone who can qualify and talk about your product while you are giving the demo.
- You need energy - don't go tired!
- You need ENTHUSIASM!
WHAT DO YOU DO - ONCE YOU ARE THERE?
This is the biggest issue anyone is faced with at any fair or expo. I recommend that you: - Never leave your post! Except for 15 minutes to the bathroom or 15 minutes to eat!
- Always be pleasant! It is very hard to watch people walk by your display, but don't take it personally. Remember - they will be back if you smile.
- Qualify your leads! - NEADS is an acronym from "Selling For Dummies", by Tom Hopkins.
- N is for now: What does the customer have now?
- E is for enjoy: You have to demonstrate that the customer will enjoy the L.I.F.E.
- A is for alter: Tell the customer how the L.I.F.E. will alter their health.
- D is for decision: Are they the decision maker?
- Keep out of the limelight - let the selling situation be the star!
- Always take notes - let the customer know that what they say is important.
- Make the people you're questioning feel important.
- Ask standard and innocent questions - How much do you plan to invest to own one?
- Listen to both verbal and nonverbal responses - pay attention to their body language, look at their posture, note what they are wearing, and even the car they drive (if possible).
- Build on the answers you get - Never call a client out on a detail! Say, "Was I wrong in my understanding?"
- Relieve any tension your questions create - change the subject (for a moment) if you feel some relief is needed.
- Use nonthreatening language and a sympathetic tone - The goal is to reach a win-win agreement.
- Let them know you'll be in touch - always leave the door open for further discussion. Don't stop contacting them until they say STOP!
I always recommend the book, "Selling For Dummies" - it is an incredible source.

Dear Life Practitioners
For those of you that know me, I probably seem to have dropped off the planet! For those of you that don't know me, I used to play a 'busier' role in Quantum Life and have now come to appreciate the vast differences between my husband Ryan and myself, you know the yin and yang thing!
For so long we had conflicting ideas about the direction of the company, not realizing we were causing more than just ripples. We were creating some pretty big waves! Our personal relationship and family life suffered as a result of the constant conflict between us and we knew some serious decisions had to be made. I am more suited to being less involved in the day to day involvement of the company and more suited to the overall vision and direction, which is something Ryan and I are both aligned with.
The turning point was when our youngest two children asked me if I would please collect them from school every day. This happened when our child minder was unable to get to our house following the terrible disaster at La Conchita last year. Consequently, I collected the children from school and that was when I realized just how much they need me as a mom.
Quantum Life had already transitioned through a very difficult period when we decided to change our focus to the L.I.F.E. System. This ruffled quite a few feathers in the Quantum community, yet we knew we had made the right decision. I first decided we should represent the L.I.F.E. System on recommendation of a very dear friend and colleague Linda Crawford, whom I studied with at the London College of Practical Homeopathy in the UK. Linda arranged for us to meet with Chris Keser, the developer of the L.I.F.E. System and in doing so we made the decision to represent this amazing health technology.
I am so proud of Ryan for his dedication to the development of the Biotech Practitioner Site www.biotechpractitioner.com. He has worked long hours and suffered many set backs with this site due to the ever-changing world of software design and development. Beta 1 is now ready to be launched and all Ryan's efforts will be rewarded in the success of this complete back office management system for all bioenegetic health practitioners. Not only has Ryan dedicated his time to the Biotech Practitioner Site, he has also ensured there is a 'live' person to take your calls each day as we feel this is such an important aspect of providing support to our customers. On that note, a big 'Thank You' to Alison Turner for providing Quantum Life's support services with a smile! Alison is very talented and has helped us tremendously in our transition with L.I.F.E. It's been a long winding road so far, yet a very interesting one and we feel so blessed to be sharing the vast health benefits of this incredible technology with you.
Ryan and I are blessed to have the help of Bruce Holms, who directs and manages the sales support. Bruce is very instrumental in guiding Quantum Life, probably because of his musical background! He is very inspirational and his wealth of experience is very much appreciated.
Since I have not been so involved in the day to day running of Quantum Life, I have had time to explore some ways to be more pro-active in helping the planet. Most of you probably already have composters and are fully aware of the immense benefits in using them and just how much waste you can make use of. I have also been working on starting up a raw food for kids company, 'Kids Go Raw', where I will deliver the raw food lunches, each one with an educational leaflet detailing the foods that nature intended for each organ of our body ie. Walnuts for the brain, broccoli for the heart, beets for the blood etc. And notice how they are so similar in shape! Nature knows!
I am also working on the production of a homeopathic line, natural clothing line and of course animal welfare. My mother was an animal activist and it was her wish that I continue her efforts to help our animal friends, as well as become a homeopath. I was inspired by my mother to pursue the path of natural medicine and I am eternally grateful for all that I have experienced on my journey.

 Well here it is April already. Taxes are usually the topic on everyone’s mind — everyone hates to pay taxes, however I have always said that what we really hate is what we are left with after taxes.
You’ve heard that "it’s not what you gross – it’s what you net"! That’s the real issue. How can you get more "bang for the buck" so to speak — and make enough money to offset the bite from the IRS?
In our LIFE community, there are two ways to accomplish this goal.
First, you can set up your practice in such a way as to make use of the existing "tax loopholes" that are legally in place to allow businesses like yours to prosper. At the same time you can utilize tax "write offs" like office expenses, etc.
While I am not a CPA or tax consultant (and I strongly urge you to have a CPA advise you on the legalities that can be pursued this 2006-2007 year), I can tell you that the best way to make money and keep most of it, is to hire a professional accountant to meet with you monthly.
Secondly, you ought to consider selling the L.I.F.E. System.
Whenever I say this to practitioners, I notice that a small percentage, maybe 8 % are interested in the possibility of sales. The other 92% have "every excuse" you can imagine. Most just believe that they cannot sell or do not want to sell. For many, the concept of selling brings on all kinds of "rejection" issues.
And yet, all of us put ourselves in some sort of "rejection" situation on a regular basis. Every time you "ask" for something from anyone — whether it is a family member (and believe me families are the worst), a friend, or perhaps a stranger — you are setting the stage for rejection.
So what is it that makes sales such a strong negative in may minds? It could be remembering the first sales experience (for females – it is usually selling Girl Scout cookies, for males – paper routes, and for both sexes: school fund raisers). What happened?
Well, as usual, no matter how successful we are — we tend to only remember the "BAD" experience. At least that is how it is for the 92% who shy away from sales. So let’s investigate the negative.
Yesterday I heard a "weather person" say this — and it caught me by surprise! "30% chance of rain — or for you gamblers out there, 70% chance of sunshine." Wow, what a way to get me thinking positively!
In fact, that’s what sales is like — although the percentages may be a little different. Let’s look at the way it works. In baseball a "hall of fame" batting average is usually around 300! That’s 300 hits in 1,000 at bats (positively speaking) or 700 misses in 1,000 at bats (negatively speaking). Really we’re looking at a 3 in 10 success rate.
What about sales? What can you expect? How about a 1 in 20 ratio? You contact 20 people and 1 is interested. That’s your "interested" or what we call "prospect" base. You collect the "prospects" for a while and you keep in contact with them. Perhaps you send them literature every month, you call (don’t harass) them, you bond with them. All you want to do is be a part of their L.I.F.E. experience.
Before you know it, your "prospect" base is starting to "boil" with interest. 3 in 10 begin to buy a L.I.F.E. System and all you did was tell them your experience with one of the most incredible devices in the world. You add a substantial number to your existing monthly income and you can really increase your practice by having the money to advertise more.
Like any business, the more visible you are, the more clients you’ll have. And of course the more people will want to know about your fantastic device. Next April (2007) you’ll be paying less to the IRS and you will be happy because you kept more.

On the 25th and 26th of March, the Quantum Life team of San Diego, Michael and April Dangerfield of Subtle Energy LLC and Romel Hokanson of Waves of LIFE, presented the L.I.F.E. System at the Body, Mind and Spirit Expo in San Diego. There were over 80 exhibitors, 60 lecturers and over 1200 people attended.  Michael represented Quantum Life with a lecture, “Short History of Energy”. Michael explained the theory of energy systems incorporated into the L.I.F.E. System. The lecture was extremely well received by all who attended. April and Romel offered demonstrations. Both April and Romel were so busy, they hardly had time to eat!  The highlight of the expo for Quantum Life was an interview by Morgan Spurlock, creator and star of the award-winning documentary “Super Size Me” and “30 Days”, a six-part television sequel. He spent over 12 minutes interviewing Michael and April and showed great interest in the L.I.F.E. System. The L.I.F.E. System may be featured in his upcoming TV series “30 Days” which will have the theme of alternative health. The interest in the L.I.F.E System was evident as to the number of people who stopped by the booth. It was also obvious that the L.I.F.E. System was the most advanced program offered at the expo.  And there it is, from motivation to activation. This is how you do it! Congrats to April, Michael, and Romel. I strongly urge all of you to look for an expo in your area.  Basic Training Announcement
As you know The College For International Holistic Studies have recently assumed the responsibility of setting the training standards for all L.I.F.E. System Practitioners. The effective date for this was towards the end of January 2006. Subsequently basic training was extended from one day to two full days of basic training and a BRMT certification was introduced for the basic training.
With any new policy change adjustments will be required. With this said we would like to clear some misunderstanding regarding all Quantum Life System Purchasers.
If you purchased a L.I.F.E. System in 2006, you are entitled to the following:
- A complementary 2 day basic training with certified trainer in a seminar environment.
- A BRMT (Biofeedback Relaxation and Management Techniques) will be issued to you upon completion of the basic training attended. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks after the training to process the certificate.
If you purchased a L.I.F.E. System in 2005 and have already received your basic training either in 2005 or 2006:
- If you would like to receive a BRMT basic training certificate you will need to submit $60 USD to CIHS for the issuance of the certificate
If you purchased a L.I.F.E. System in 2005 and have not received any basic training yet you are entitled to the following:
- You may attend any of the Quantum Life sponsored basic training seminars.
- You will automatically be entitled to the complementary 2 days of basic training as opposed to the standard one day of training offered last year.
- A BRMT certificate will be issued to you upon completion of the basic training attended. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks after the training to process the certificate.

Dr. Denny Thompson hosted two C.B.T. Certification trainings this month which were very well received. Please note the following:
To be eligible for the C.B.T. Certification you will need the following:
- Attended a basic training event with certified L.I.F.E. System Trainer
- Attended a further 3 days of biofeedback training which is endorsed by CIHS
- Completed 10 Case Studies as per CIHS criteria.
- $500 USD will be required by CIHS for the issuance of the CBT certification. This can be submitted together with your case studies.
- A current First Aid Certificate is required.
- Anatomy and Physiology from a registered institution will also be required.
Also….the case study sheets are NOT protocol driven. They follow the pathway that the body presents physically and resonately using the clues of assessment presented in the 3 day course. The students then can use the materials taught in both basic and advanced to complete the case study
To obtain the CBT is not a requirement nor is it mandatory however Quantum Life would suggest calling CIHS on + 1 905 854 1029 to discuss the benefits of the CBT certification.

| L.I.F.E. Hardware Changes | |
As many of you are aware we are now offering a USB version of The L.I.F.E. System as opposed to the outdated parallel port system. Some benefits to look forward to with the USB System are as follows:
1. You can not purchase a laptop computer anymore that has a parallel port system which makes finding a compatible laptop almost impossible.
2. The USB interface provides for a cleaner signal generation. In other words the signals being generated are of better quality and when seen through an oscilloscope represent a cleaner square wave signal.

We are pleased to announce that Alison Turner has joined the Quantum-Life family as the head of our new Practitioner's Support Service.
Alison brings with her a background of technical expertise in the fields of computers, training, management and internet software development. Her most recent consulting project resulted in taking a new internet-based company from ground zero to a multi-million dollar company in just two years. She built the company's infrastructure, including the training and support departments and worked directly with the software programmers to develop and perfect an extensive web-based software application.
A L.I.F.E. practitioner herself, Alison shifted gears in January 2004 when a colleague offered a year-long apprenticeship in Natural Health. Combining her knowledge of the human body and allopathic medicine with the fields of natural medicine and energy medicine, Alison is educating her clients about lifestyle changes and therapies that encourage balance, harmony and self-healing.
The Support Services staff will be available to help new clients get their L.I.F.E. system installed and running and will provide New User orientation sessions via the web. We will also assist the user in accessing all the web-based training and support options available.

So after the conference calls and recent barrage of emails we have had many requests for more information on both Dr. Denny Thompson and his Vedic Vibrational Bioresonance.
One question we would like to answer is why we are promoting such a program (not to mention that it also counts for your CBT certification).
Over the years of being involved with this type of bioenergetic technology there has always been a constant; how to correctly analyze the clients current state of health…in other words how do I know what is really going on with the client?
We have all got used to accepting that the body is a dynamic organism and as such no true analysis is possible as the body is in a constant state of flux. Others make reference that you can not step into a same stream twice… All of these statements are valid but lets be honest….would it not be better to have more tools at our disposal? Tools to help us synthesize the information coming up on the L.I.F.E. System panels?
Bioenergetic technology like the L.I.F.E. System provide the practitioner with hints and possibilities to combine with your existing skill to better serve the clients. Some practitioners get fixated with the computer screen and think all of life's mysteries lie within the computer screen…. If they just look hard enough...
Sometimes the harder you look the more confusing you become. You need to be able to draw from other areas of your expertise, to compliment your L.I.F.E. investment.!

How do you express a culmination of a challenging year in 3 days? How can you explain what 3 days really means to you as a company? How can 3 days make it all worthwhile? These are the questions pondered by both Karen and myself over the last couple of weeks with respect to The First International Health & Wellness Convention. For those of you who have stood by Quantum Life over the years, you can acknowledge the year 2005 has been a record year for Quantum Life, a record year for different other than sales reasons. During 2005 we broke the mould (so to speak) and decided to steer Quantum Life on a different direction to what we had been used to for so long. Alienating most of our staff, losing many dear friends and having to survive some VERY strenuous situations; 2005 was a year to remember! The official launch of The L.I.F.E. System around March 2005 had heads spinning to say the least. If I said there were many nights that we never slept I would not be lying. It is during these times you really learn what is important to you and who you can rely on. This is where Karen and I pulled together as a team and we braced ourselves for the changes ahead. You see for many years we had lost sight of the industry we were involved with. To many politics and people doing things for the wrong reasons. The introduction of The L.I.F.E. System not only helped us rekindle our personal values but it also lighted our fire again. It felt good to be representing a bioenergetic system that did what it says and is surrounded by individuals with integrity. With The L.I.F.E. System helping people is the first priority; commissions come second! Our existing sales people know what works and what doesn't and are willing to forgo higher commissions for a device that is built with integrity. So with the changes made by Quantum Life in 2005 it was just a real blessing to have the year end on such a high note! After staying our course for 2005 we had over 100 practitioners attend The First International Health & Wellness Convention. Of all the seminars we have hosted this was by far the best! Our format was slightly different mind you. Instead of having button pushing we decided to begin looking at core foundations needed and decided to offer presentations accordingly. Quantum Life would like to officially thank each and every one of you that took time out of your busy schedule to join us in Costa Rica. Our local posse The BioSpa Group, we would not have done it without you. The presenters well what can we say! All of you were stunning. 83860 Hello LIFE Practitioners: Dr. Linda Henderson Paul and I have just returned from beautiful, sunny Costa Rica and the most rewarding 1st annual LIFE conference sponsored by Quantum Life and BioSpa Groups. We met amazing educators and wonderful dedicated practitioners who came together in oneness and harmony from all around the world. What came to light for me during the conference, was the many different ways that users had been trained on the LIFE system. Some of the information was wonderful, however it became apparent that there was a need for standardization of training so that there is no confusion with the basics. One of the main areas was in language. We must, as practitioners, use the same key words to describe what we do - stress reduction and relaxation using biofeedback - the body's ability to feed back information to the practitioner via a computer. We must never diagnose or treat and we never cure illness. New users were also taught the sacredness of connecting with the client and how to stay connected throughout the session. These were all very important basics that not everyone had received. Therefore, it has been decided that a standard format is needed to ensure everyone receives the same basic and necessary education from certified instructors. The basic training will be two days and practitioners will receive a certificate at the completion of training as a Biofeedback Relaxation Management Technician . The College of International Holistic Studies will become the governing educational body in charge of keeping these records on file and can be contacted if there are any questions in regards to basic training. Advanced levels of training will also be available through certified advanced trainers and an understanding of basic Anatomy and Physiology will be strongly suggested. We see these streamlining developments as a very positive asset to biofeedback practitioners everywhere. It will add credibility to our profession, help practitioners to become more and more confident in themselves and the result will be happy clients on a self fulfilling healing journey. As we all know, like attracts like. Chloe pictured below became the seminar mascott. She was a stray dog located near the hotel and the caring practitioners all took to her plight. Chloe became the tester for all the natural remedies for defleaing her. She was riddled with fleas but thanks to Thoger from Norway and his magic potions these were drastically reduced. Now did I forget to mention that every morning Karen was ordering Chloe a complete egg and bacon breakfast after the seminar and charging it to our room. She was eating better than most of us!
TEAM MASCOTT: CHLOE Dear Karen, Good news, Chloe is completely happy, she eats good, runs around and has found a good friend, she walks everywhere with him, is -according to us-completely in love with her new found friend! You can see him in the picture, I am so glad she adapted this fast, she gets all the attention from us and her four legged friends! I am working on this credit card, but it will be a problem I think, I have a meeting next year with the bank again, they want to charge us too much for having this option, as every penny counts with our mission.
